United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jamie McDonald, announced today that the United States has filed a federal Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) lawsuit against STAGG GROUP (“STAGG”) relating to its failure to design and construct new apartment buildings so as to be accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
