Baltimore, Maryland – A Maryland man pled guilty in federal court, today, stemming from a fatal car crash on the Baltimore-Washington (BW) Parkway that resulted in the death of a 48-year-old father of five. Vincent Antwonn Still, 59, of Hanover, pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal crash.
