Baltimore, Maryland – A Maryland man is headed to federal prison for firearm crimes. U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander sentenced Jerry Toliver, 37, of Rosedale, today, to five years in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances.
