Baltimore, Maryland – A Maryland felon faces indictment after making his initial appearance in federal court, today, for firearm possession crimes. Theodore Harcum, 50, of Denton, is charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person. Harcum is prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition due to a prior felony conviction.
