Seattle – A 40-year-old member of the Tulalip Tribes was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 17 years in prison for voluntary manslaughter and using a firearm in a crime of violence, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd.
