Djosaha Azulphar a/k/a “T,” age 28, a Haitian national and lawful permanent resident of the United States, has been found guilty of distribution of controlled substances, conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance following a four-day jury trial in federal court in Syracuse last week.
