NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – CHRISTOPHER O’CONNOR (“O’CONNOR”), a former Army pay technician, was sentenced on September 3, 2026 by U.S. District Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown to five years’ probation, 100 hours of community service, and payment of $98,691 in restitution, announced U.S. Attorney David I.
