D.C. Felon Sentenced for Possession of a P90 ‘Ghost Gun’
Dayvon Darius Marson, 31, a previously convicted felon residing in the District, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to 24 months in federal prison in connection with his possession of a loaded pistol -- an unbranded, non-descript P90 ghost gun -- and attempting to flee from a police traffic stop with it at a crowded gas station, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
